Artist Statement

Allured by the concept of familiarity my work indulges in the fascination of everyday objects and their relationship with the viewer.
Over the last year my work has evolved to challenge functionality; reinventing forms of furniture to encourage a new perspective and experience for the viewer. Provoking questions such as; Are there any limits to what society classes as Fine Art? And are there any boundaries to combining design?

Based in Sculpture, studying a BA in Fine Art at Norwich University College of the Arts.
